Shipping policy
Our Shipping to You
Shipping is FREE on orders over $40 (typically 2-7 days anywhere in the continental US). For any orders under $40 (or an expedited service selected), a shipping charge will apply.
Expedited shipping may also be selected by you, the buyer. Even if the order is over $40, if the buyer selects expedited shipping, a shipping charge will still apply to reflect the cost of the shipment.
Most orders (all expedited orders) will ship within 48 hours. Unless you urgently need your CordBricks (and some of us do), please allow 72 hours before contacting us about your shipment - unless there's a mistake with your order or address. To handle urgent order adjustments or address changes, please call and/or text 856.502.7245.
If you received tracking information, that means we sent your package. Please check your email inbox for tracking information (or your trash/spam folder if it's not in your inbox). Or await a text if you entered your phone number.
Large Order Shipping - Multiple Destinations
For orders larger than 20 units, or shipping to multiple destinations, contact us and we may be able to arrange shipping to multiple destinations in one order, at our discounted shipping rates.
Package Damaged or Lost In Transit
If your package was damaged in the shipment, but some or part of the package still made it to you, or your carrier informed you of it, please email a picture of what you received to order@cordbrick.com, as soon as you receive the package. If your package does not arrive, please contact us.
Package Marked as Delivered
If the package was marked as delivered but you don't have it, you must work with the carrier to retrieve the package, or determine it's whereabouts, in order to return the products. If the order is marked as delivered by the carrier, no refund can be processed. We must receive the products back in order to provide a refund. If you entered an incorrect shipping address and did not notify us before we shipped the package, we will not be able to process a return.
Return Shipping Policy
As stated in the return/refund policies, we'll cover return shipping if you want to send your CordBrick back. You will be emailed a label and must provide a small box or package, seal the contents inside, and return it to the optimal return shipping service. We will not cover the costs of any return shipping purchased on your behalf.
Upon receiving your return, we will refund your order - less the original shipping cost. We will cover return shipping cost.
