Returns & Refunds
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, return it within 30 days and only pay your original shipping cost*. If 30 days has passed, please contact us and we'll do our best to work something out. We want you to be happy with your purchase! Keep in mind, it could take a few days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement.

To start a return, send us an email at order@cordbrick.com containing your purchase information. If your return is accepted, we'll send you the return shipping label and instructions on how to send it. As soon as we receive it back, we'll refund your original purchase method. excluding the shipping cost (which may vary, based on your location).

*Excludes orders that received free shipping - which varies from $5-8+ depending on your distance from our fulfillment center.

We are not responsible for carrier delays on orders that receive FREE shipping. During peak times, shipping may take longer than expected. We do our best to get orders out within 24 hours (except on Sundays, when most shippers are closed or don't deliver/pick up). 


Damages and issues
If there is any damage or problem with your item(s), please contact us and/or send a picture of the problem. We want to make it right! 


Exchanges
Please contact us for any questions regarding exchanges. If you wish to change color, you will be responsible for covering return shipping.


Refunds
All refunds shall be in the method of the original purchase. Once we receive your item back, please allow 2-3 days to process your return, although it may be sooner. Remember, your bank or credit card statement may not reflect the refund immediately.

CordBrick Product Warranty

Coverage:
CordBrick LLC ("CordBrick") warrants to the original purchaser that its products, crafted from high-quality, food-grade silicone rubber, are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty is valid for a period of one (1) years from the date of purchase.

What is Covered:
This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship, including major cosmetic defects, under normal use during the warranty period. Should a defect arise, CordBrick will refund the purchase price, crediting your original method of payment if possible, or alternatively, by mailing a check.

What is Not Covered:
This warranty does not cover:

  • Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
  • Damage resulting from improper handling or installation, including abuses, accidents, unauthorized alterations, or modifications not executed by CordBrick or its authorized partners.
  • Damage to a product that has been modified or altered without written permission from CordBrick.
  • Cosmetic damage, such as minor scratches and dents, unless such damage is deemed a major defect and impairs the functionality or aesthetics of the product significantly.
  • Damage from external causes such as collisions, fire, flooding, windstorm, lightning, earthquakes, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuses, or improper use of any electrical source or acts of nature or God.
  • Any claim against anything unrelated to the product or physical construction of it.

Claim Process:
To obtain warranty service, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out via our contact form on our website or email us directly at info@cordbrick.com with a detailed description of the issue.
  2. Proof of Purchase: Attach a copy of your sales receipt as proof of purchase.
  3. Photographic Evidence: Provide clear photos or a video showing the defect.
  4. Review and Response: Our support team will review your submission and respond promptly.
  5. Refund Processing: If the claim is approved, a refund will be processed within 30 days of claim approval.

Modifications to the Warranty:
CordBrick reserves the right to modify the terms of this warranty at any time and without prior notice.
